Ordering
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by choosing your product, selecting any available options, and adding it to your cart.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes. We offer custom apparel, DTF transfers, embroidery, drinkware, accessories, business merch, and bulk order options. If you need something custom, please contact us before ordering.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to make changes. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Turnaround Times
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies depending on the product, order size, and whether the artwork or customization details are ready. Custom, wholesale, DTF, embroidery, and bulk orders may require additional production time.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload and the type of order. Rush fees may apply.
Shipping & Local Pickup
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Shipping options will be shown at checkout when available.
Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available at checkout, you may choose that option for eligible orders.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help where we can.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because many of our items are custom-made, printed, personalized, or made to order, returns may not be accepted unless there is an issue with the order.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, DTF, embroidery, and special-order items are generally not returnable unless there is a verified production issue.
Custom Orders
Can you design something for me?
Yes, design help may be available depending on the project. Additional design or artwork fees may apply.
Do I need to approve a mockup?
For some custom orders, a mockup or proof may be provided. Please review all spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and details carefully before approving.
What happens if I approve a design with a typo?
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details. Once approved and produced, changes may require a new order or additional charges.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer wholesale and bulk options for apparel, DTF transfers, embroidery, accessories, drinkware, and branded merch.
Do I need a business or tax ID for wholesale?
Some wholesale or tax-exempt orders may require business information or tax documentation.
Do you sell on Faire?
Yes. Retailers may be able to shop Crafty Casey’s on Faire through our Faire Wholesale page.
Care Instructions
How should I wash printed apparel?
Wash inside out using cold or warm water. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Can I iron over the design?
Do not iron directly over printed designs. If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out or use a protective cover sheet.
